Albertas Kručkauskas is the establisher and the head of the Professional Association of Lawyers ConsulTax. He is engaged in legal activities from 1998 and has professional experience in solving of tax disputes by representing the customers in financial institutions or courts, in negotiation and litigation, as well as in advising the customers regarding the tax optimization. The fields of competence cover insurance law, commercial law, contract law and representation of the customer in national courts of all instances.
Albertas Kručkauskas has a wide pedagogical experience, in Mykolas Romeris university has lectured Financial Law, Tax Law, Tax Administration Comparative Analysis and Legal Theory for ten years. In 2006 in Vilnius University International Business Law he taught International Commercial Law and in the field of the tax law held trainings for auditors, accountants and lawyers.

Albertas Kručkauskas is engaged in legal activities from 1998, is the attorney from 2004 and in 2006 he established the Professional Association of Lawyers ConsulTax and leads it.
In 1998-2000 in Mykolas Romeris University he taught Financial Law, Tax Law, Tax Administration Comparative Analysis and Legal Theory.
In 2006 in Vilnius University International Business Law he taught International Commercial Law.
In 1999-2004 in State Tax Inspectorate he worked as the Assistant of the Chairman of the Inspection, Chief Legal Consultant of the Management and Deputy Chairman of the Department.
In 2000-2001 he was the member of the commission of the assessment of auditors’ qualification knowledge.
Albertas Kručkauskas held trainings for auditors, accountants and lawyers.
He has extensive experience in tax related disputes, advising the customers regarding the tax optimization and representing the customers in financial institutions, in negotiation and litigation.
